Its an HP mn desk top. Asy0001 thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US. The link that JacktheJerk posted fixed it right away. That did not work for me, as it detected I'm not running Win, XP or You must log in or register to reply here. This link has fixed it and it is all good in the device manager now.
